Pre-order means purchasing an item before it is released from the manufacturer, with the understanding that the item will be shipped at a later date.

We offer pre-orders because anime merchandise is always limited but so popular that it sells out quickly. Pre-orders also offer the cheapest prices because once the manufacturer runs out, the price goes up.
How does Pre-Order work?
Review product information to make sure it is the item that you wish to pre-order. Carefully read the product description about the release date, shipping, and handling, or payment instructions.
Note on the release date: release date information can also be found at the manufacturers' official website. Be sure to look for the release dates for the US domestic market. If the item is originally from Japan, the release date for the US domestic market is usually one month after the official release date in Japan.
When ready, please purchase the items and pay in full to complete the checkout process.
Once we have received your payment, we will send a confirmation email to you with the most updated release date information.
