Each samurai sword blade is meticulously manufactured to balance hardness and toughness through a professional heat treatment process. Due to its non-sharpened finish, it is ideal for display in the home, on the job, or in cosplay.
Our Nichirin blade is constructed of real 1045 carbon steel with a leather-wrapped handle. The scabbard is made of hardwood and colored to match the original color seen in the anime to replicate the original sword.
The length and weight of the sword are 41 inches with a 29-inch blade and 11-inch handle. It weighs 2.60 pounds.
