Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
Any new and unused items purchased are eligible for a full refund or store credit as long as the packaging is intact. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item isย damaged or an error occurred on our part. If the item is damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item.ย Please note ALLย saleย items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded otherwise. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
